The job of the Pension and Superannuation Committee
is to:

- Represent Local 998 in all matters pertaining to pensions and insurance.

- Ensure that Local 998 has a member in good standing as a representative on the Superannuation and Insurance Liaison Committee.

- Through this Committee, lobby for changes to the Superannuation Act as dictated by local policies.

- Ensure that Local 998 has a member in good standing as a representative on the Hydro Pension Advisory Group.

- Monitor the Manitoba Hydro pre-retirement program and seek involvement in these programs and their implementation.

- Inform the membership of the activities of these Committees

March 30, 2012 - Pension Learn at Lunch sessions were held at 820 Taylor on March 7, 12, and 22. About 30 members attended each session. The presentations are available below in PDF format.
