Job Family Profiling (JFP)
The Job Family Profiling Committee represents the membership of CUPE 998 in the job evaluation process and provides a member for the joint evaluation appeal board.
It is also the committee’s responsibility to guide and counsel individual members involved in the job evaluation process.
